2. What data we collect

• Account and identity data such as Steam ID, username, profile picture, and email address.
• Technical and usage data based on interactions with the site.
• Transactional and financial records connected to payments and withdrawals processed by third parties such as Stripe or Xsolla.
• Cookie and tracking data used for analytics, fraud prevention, session handling, and marketing.
• Optional information shared in support messages or surveys.

3. How we use your data

Personal data is used to run the platform, maintain account access, process payments, reduce fraud, answer support requests, and improve the service.

4. Sharing your data

• Transaction data may be stored for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
• KYC data may be stored for 90 days after verification.
• Marketing data may be stored until consent is withdrawn.

Under GDPR and CCPA, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal, and may file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

ACE Skins is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age threshold.

6. Security, transfers, and contact

Security measures include SSL, access controls, audits, and breach notification procedures. If the business is merged or acquired, users will be notified at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
